Sport-Specific Strength & Conditioning Program
If you are looking
for a better way to enhance your athletic performance, then come join professional
baseball players Justin Knoedler and Ryan O’Malley at Body Symmetry to learn the
latest strength and conditioning techniques.
All participants
will go through an evaluation to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Based
on this information, Justin and Ryan will design a custom training program to take
your game to the next level.
Location
Justin and Ryan
will conduct their weekly program at Body Symmetry’s private training studio located on the west side of Springfield at

Who Should
Attend?
Whether you are
a middle school athlete or “senior golfer”, our training program is for the individual
who is seeking a better way to enhance their performance in their respective sport
through very specific strength and conditioning techniques.
Schedule/Fees
All program participants
will have the option of choosing 3 days each week to train at either 4 or 5 p.m.
You have the option of training as long as you wish to retain your training spot.
Each class is capped at 6 participants to ensure a quality learning experience.
You won’t find this degree of personalized attention at the other sports enhancement
medical facilities.
The fee for this
program is $100 per week.
