Sports Conditioning Clinics
Body Symmetry is currently working with professional baseball players Justin Knoedler and Ryan O'Malley to provide valuable instruction to groups and individuals on real-world sports conditioning.  There are two different programs - a 2-hour group clinic and flexible studio-based instruction.  Information on both programs follows.

Sport-Specific Strength & Conditioning Clinic

As a coach, do you have your athletes perform the same type of exercises for every sport they play? Why? Are you aware of what it takes to get your athletes to the next competitive level? Conditioning for most sports has changed dramatically over the last decade, learn how to prepare your athletes in a way that will enhance performance and reduce the chance of injury.

Our strength & conditioning clinic is taught by professional baseball players Justin Knoedler and Ryan O’Malley. Along, with their strength and conditioning coach, Chad Marschik, Justin and Ryan will present a full 2 hour clinic on how to implement a fundamentally sound sport-specific conditioning program. You can expect to learn specific training methods the pro teams use to condition their athletes.

We come to you!

We come to you! That is the best part. You provide the facility at your school or other location. You may invite as many of your high school and middle school athletes as you wish. All school coaches are invited too!

This clinic is highly interactive for coaches and athletes. Everybody will get a chance to learn how to do many unique functional movement patterns at the various stations set-up for teaching purposes.

Cost: $600 (A higher fee may be charged for travel over 45 miles from Springfield, IL).

 

 

Sport-Specific Strength & Conditioning Program

If you are looking for a better way to enhance your athletic performance, then come join professional baseball players Justin Knoedler and Ryan O’Malley at Body Symmetry to learn the latest strength and conditioning techniques.

All participants will go through an evaluation to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Based on this information, Justin and Ryan will design a custom training program to take your game to the next level.

Location

Justin and Ryan will conduct their weekly program at Body Symmetry’s private training studio located on the west side of Springfield at 773 Durkin Drive. Secure your time slot or to learn more, call 793-9972 or email info@bodysymmetry.com.

Who Should Attend?

Whether you are a middle school athlete or “senior golfer”, our training program is for the individual who is seeking a better way to enhance their performance in their respective sport through very specific strength and conditioning techniques.

Schedule/Fees

All program participants will have the option of choosing 3 days each week to train at either 4 or 5 p.m. You have the option of training as long as you wish to retain your training spot. Each class is capped at 6 participants to ensure a quality learning experience. You won’t find this degree of personalized attention at the other sports enhancement medical facilities.

The fee for this program is $100 per week.
